I never did payroll.

That might be accounting's job sometimes.

Logistics was all another division's job.

So you were on the more human side of human resources.

That's right. The transition to counseling was... fairly natural.

That's the morale part?

Well, they both were. But I worked with unit morale before I became a Counselor.

Oh, a Counselor is a title?

That's right. A healer of the mind and spirit. So it's a morale position, yes, but it's considered medicine, not human resources.

Oh! Oh, that! That's definitely medicine.

That's right. My old position was more... concerned with best practices, that sort of thing.

Counseling's more interesting. More fun to talk about.
